Executive Director, Metro Parks Foundation
Formerly with Martin Luther King Housing Developments Association. Professional speaking and presentation trainer. Professional film, television and stage actor since 1984.


Majken Ryherd, Outgoing Co-Chair
Chief of Staff, Washington State Speaker of the House
Master of Science in Human Services Administration. Currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Washington State Speaker of the house. Formerly a political consultant on health, housing and civil rights issues. Master's thesis on the barriers to cross cultural exchange with Africa. She has traveled to Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, a leader for Crossroads Africa, in Cote d'Ivoire, faculty member for the National Conference of State Legislatures in Algeria, Niger and Senegal, and as a consultant for the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids on tobacco control in Nigeria.


Sherry Hammond, Vice-Chair
Healthcare Administrator
Administrator for MultiCare, overseeing the Center for Healthy Living, the Access Center and Community Outreach. Has served as a Community Board Member for the Safe Streets Campaign for nine years, holding the positions of President, Secretary, and Chair of their annual fundraising event. Sherry has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition, is a Registered Dietitian, and holds a Master of Business Administration.


Lita Gill, Treasurer
Administrative Partner, Valley Medical Center
Certified Public Accountant. Audit experience includes an internship with the Washington State Auditor's Office, while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business at the University of Washington, after which she worked as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Also worked as an accountant with Plymouth Housing Group and Swedish Physician Division where she was a Senior Finance Analyst with a primary focus on budget work, analytical reporting, and provider compensation. Lita is currently an Administrative Partner for the Clinic Network at Valley Medical Center, in Renton, Washington.


Elliott Raizes, MD
Physician, Center for Disease Control, Global Aids Program
Infectious disease specialist currently working and traveling in several African countries to implement plans to help stop the AIDS pandemic.


Ramona Tascoe, MD
Physician, Internal Medicine
Award-winning international public and social health advocate, who has worked around the world with the United Nations, major medical associations, and various NGOs. Chair of the International Affairs and Women's Health Sections of the National Medical Association and served as a senior medical consultant for Kaiser Permanente International, working on a project to develop a health-care delivery system in Angola. She has also worked on behalf of the over 5,000 victims of the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.

Former teacher, coach and school administrator. Also assisted in the development and management of a personal improvement program which was franchised in the US and Canada.

Deanna Wallace is the founder of All As One, and the worldwide Executive Director . She has been involved in the field of international child welfare for over 25 years, and has worked, lived and traveled extensively in several African countries. She currently divides her time between Sierra Leone and the US. Deanna is the mother of 12 children – two by birth, and ten by adoption from Korea, India, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and the US.
Steven Amara is the Country Director for Sierra Leone , and
oversees all of the staff and the ongoing work in Sierra Leone.
He has been with All As One since 2000, when we first began in
Sierra Leone. He worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF
Belgium) during the war, and was one of the people in charge
of their displaced camp in Bo, Sierra Leone. He has also worked
with other non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone.

In Sierra Leone, All As One employs only Sierra Leone
nationals – approximately 40. In our supporting offices
outside Sierra Leone, most of our staff serve as
volunteers.
Matthew Morgan-Jones is the Country Director for Dubai ,
UAE. He has adopted four children from Sierra Leone and began
working with All As One in 2005.
Ettaline Hill is the UK Director for All As One and opened our office there in 2009. She started helping AAO with fundraising
when living in Dubai in 2007, and recently moved back to the UK where she is continuing her work with us. Ettaline visited the Children’s Center in Sierra Leone in March 2009. She also works part time as a shiatsu practitioner and as an administrator at Oxford University's Saïd Business School. Ettaline can be reached at ukdirector@allasone.org.

BJ Plaster has been working with All As One since 2000, and heads up our US office . She formerly worked for twenty years in the social services field for an organization working with mentally challenged adults. She has also been a foster parent and group home leader.
Jen Brauer (www.jenbrauer.com) is a professional artist who volunteers as All As One's Creative Director , overseeing the production of all print materials and artwork for the organization. She can be reached at jen@allasone.org.
Jody Oomen-Early, PhD, MS , volunteers as All As One’s
Grants Director
. Jody is a professor in the Health Studies
Department at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX. She
and her team of graduate students have been busy
researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals on behalf
of AAO.

Bockarie Kallon is All As One's Administrative Assistant, and is our country director's right-hand man in Sierra Leone. He has worked with All As One since 2005.

Sia Nyuma , a state-registered nurse, heads up our clinic in
Sierra Leone
. She has been working with All As One since
2002.
