Deanna Wallace is the founder of All As One, and the worldwide Executive Director. She has been involved in the field of international child welfare for over 25 years, and has worked, lived and traveled extensively in several African countries. She currently divides her time between Sierra Leone and the US. Deanna is the mother of 12 children – two by birth, and ten by adoption from Korea, India, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and the US.

 

 

 


 

 

 

Steven Amara is the Country Director for Sierra Leone, and oversees all of the staff and the ongoing work in Sierra Leone. He has been with All As One since 2000, when we first began in Sierra Leone. He worked with Doctors Without Borders (MSF Belgium) during the war, and was one of the people in charge of their displaced camp in Bo, Sierra Leone. He has also worked with other non-governmental organizations in Sierra Leone.

In Sierra Leone, All As One employs only Sierra Leone nationals – approximately 40. In our supporting offices outside Sierra Leone, most of our staff serve as volunteers.

 

 


 

 

 

Sia Nyuma, a state-registered nurse, heads up our clinic in Sierra Leone. She has been working with All As One since 2002.

 

 


 

 

 

Matthew Morgan-Jones is the Country Director for Dubai, UAE. He has adopted four children from Sierra Leone and began working with All As One in 2005.

 

 


 

 

 

BJ Plaster has been working with All As One since 2000, and heads up our US office. She formerly worked for twenty years in the social services field for an organization working with mentally challenged adults. She has also been a foster parent and group home leader.

 

 

 

 

Jen Brauer volunteers as All As One's Public Relations/Media Contact in North America, handling media inquiries.  She is a professional artist, who also serves as our Creative Director, overseeing the production of all print materials, artwork and web design for the organization.
